Away from the hustle and bustle, yet in the midst of the New Year's Eve festivities, start the New Year in style.

On December 31, 2023, we will welcome you from 6:30 p.m. with a sparkling aperitif and amuse-bouche while our kitchen team wields pots and pans to pamper you with a 7-course gala dinner from 7:30 p.m. on.

You can expect fresh own creations and fine ingredients of the highest quality from the region.

In addition, our sommelier has put together an exciting sequence of selected wines that harmonize perfectly with the dinner.

We appeal to all the senses, besides pleasure for the palate we also take care of pleasure for the ears: Smooth first-class jazz music by Bettina Krenosz and her band "Sie ist 'ne DIVA" will accompany you buoyantly through the evening, for a seated hip swing!

Time: Sunday, December 31, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. at 360° OCEAN SKY, 11th floor at Haus des Meeres.

Culinary & Drinks: Champagne cocktail as an aperitif, 7-course gala menu with wine accompaniment, champagne & snack at midnight.

(Menu not changeable, non-alcoholic drinks, mineral water and coffee/tea included)

Musical background: Bettina Krenosz with her band "Sie ist 'ne DIVA".
